A new story of trendsales

As part of a whole new platform design and the merging between two major Danish companies within the second hand market, Trendsales needed a new design to represent this change. Trendsales is now the biggest second hand trading platform on the market, since they decided to join forces with their former competitor Tradono.

The branding of the platform needed to reflect the new strategy of the company - with a more contemporary and visually strong look with focus on fashion.

 
 
 
 
 

VALUES AND VISION

The main vision was to fuel new energy into Trendsales - The biggest second hand market place in Scandinavia. The platform was outdated and lacked new technology and innovative solutions. A new overall strategy was requited to shred its old image. FROM PRODUCT TO SOCIAL MEDIA

Everything was redesigned and aligned to the new strategy. A new communication strategy was also part of this. This was especially present in the marketing materials from SoMe to newsletter and campaigns.

BRanDING THE INSIDES OF A COMPANY AS WELL

The merging of cultures of the two former competitors also required attention. This might be underestimated in many branding processes, but if a company is not united this can severely backfire. The overall strategy and story of a company must be followed from the inside to the outside. To ensure unity, we developed a brand book and guide for all employees, handed out lots of marketing materials and of course gave a throughout course in understanding the new strategy and its values.
